Correct, there's no cost and no obligation to see your demo. I build a real, working version of your site and walk you through it on a video call. You only pay the $199 to launch if you decide you want to keep it.
Launch & Care is $199 upfront, then $20/month (billed the 15th): it includes a free domain, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and 3–4 small changes each month. Launch & Host is $199 upfront, then $15/month: I keep your site online, but you provide and pay for your own domain, and small changes are $5 each if you want them.
Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer. Before anything is due, I'll send a friendly reminder 14 days ahead and another 7 days ahead, so a payment never sneaks up on you.
I'll always reach out first. If a payment isn't made, I may need to pause or take the site down temporarily until it's sorted out, and I'll bring it right back online as soon as you're caught up.
Yes, anytime. Move between Launch & Care and Launch & Host whenever it suits your business. Just send a message and I'll update your plan.
The everyday stuff: updating your hours or prices, swapping a photo, editing some text, or adding a small section. You get 3–4 of these each month at no extra cost on the Launch & Care plan. On Launch & Host they are $5 each, so you can still make changes whenever you want.
Usually around 48 hours after you tell me about your business. Then we book a quick video call to look at it together.
On Launch & Care, a domain name is included at no extra cost. On Launch & Host, you bring and own your own domain and cover its cost.
